I don't drink soda at all. When I think I can risk it and have a cup in usually sick to my stomach about six ounces in. The only soda I can sometimes drink an entire can of is either something like coke zero or some sodas that are made with cane sugar since they sometimes contain less sugar than the ones with hfcs. even then I haven't had a soda in a few months now.
