Devourer -- I figured, for myself, when I am hungry I tend to grave for some unhealthy food but I just pull it off and grab salad and what not which basically is "healthy". Once I have eaten, I honestly do not care what I just ate.

Devourer -- All I have eaten was like a glass of milk every other day. Daily: I ate a little chicken, much salad and water only. And a "joghurt" which basically was protein only, <1g fat / 100 gramm (it wasn't a real joghurt, idk to be honest)

Devourer -- Last year in september, the entire month (maybe some more days of october as well), I wanted to test if it is "easy" to lose weight. I am like a average human being, not obese, not too skinny, 80kg / 1.9m in size.

NudeRaider -- The meat is actually fine. Just a little fatty, but that's not unhealthy (on the contrary) in the right amounts. What you need to skip are the buns and sauce.
