So, i know all about the ammo stuff. i just need to know, how do you choose a gun.
EX: Take civilian to beacon. say its a pistol(Ghost).
How does the civilian change into a ghost?

Have a center location on the unit that the player has out, and when they do the action to switch guns, move the weapon they have out and move the one they're using to that center location and then center the location on that unit. Here's an example:

Go on for however many guns there are. . .

Theres also much more, 'Complex' systems out there as well. Such as Sprite forms of guns, they would follow your civilian, and you could dual wield (They also stack on top of you, so it looks like 1 unit ;D).
Its working in one of these two attachments, but I dont have time to check. You WILL need SCMDraft 2 to completely do this, and knowledge of sprite stacking.
ITs easy, check the triggers, and locations. Then learn how to place a SPRITE ghost, then right click it, properties, select the unit at the bottom, then "Enabled/Disabled".
Ive yet to see a map fully go along with this concept.

Can someone explain the sprite gunner system?

Sprite gunner system makes a unit invisible and stacked with the civilian. So if you keep moving the ghost on the civ, and go near a unit, it would look like the civilian is shooting, when in reality theres a ghost there. It's great for multi-weapons and dual wield effect.

Of course, one thing that you might not like about it, is that you can see the shadow of the units, it cracks me up, because when a marine is used as the gun, it almost looks like you are being followed by an invisible badger

True, it does look really ugly. However, you could use it like an auto turret, similar to the laser mine.

I tried sprite gunners, but it just worked with ghosts and rines, when I tried with hydralisks, it crashed SC.

Yes, some units will crash the game when you try to cloak them, Hydras are one of them.
