Since I'm still not sure exactly what you want and why it's so important, I'd suggest you think of a different way to balance. 1 supply doesn't make much difference, and kevin's link only goes up by 5s. Since you can't retroactively create extended supply (you can only preplace extended player units I think), it's of little use, though quite interesting.

i still have a question on how do you stop the triggers from being screwed up when you make stuff i.e scvs
