how do i make a arbitter cast statis field ?

after i have an arbitter created for the computer i want it to cast stasis field on a location or a unit inside a location and then i want the arbitter to die

i checked the AI list on run AI script at location but the only arbitter skill i found was cast recall

is this possible ?
