In the Shoutbox, you can use basic BBCode, [b], [u], [i], [url], and smilies.
Keep in mind when using the Shoutbox that the rules still apply.

Commands:
/w [name] text - will whisper to name. Brackets are required. Ex: /w [isolatedpurity] hello
/r text - will whisper the last person who whispered you. Remember though, if someone whispers you as you are writing (haven\'t loaded new shouts yet), it would go to them. ;o
/a text - will whisper the last person you whispered.
/me text - text as an action
