NudeRaider -- Generalpie
Generalpie shouted: Back in high school, I needed to work on some spreadsheets and powerpoints. Dear god the Libre Office Suite was so terrible back then. It's been a couple of years so it might have improved in that amount of time. It was sluggish for rather large spreadsheets, and trying to do anything more than use a default graph template to output a graphic based on a predetrimed set of data was a nightmare.
Back when it was OpenOffice maybe? Like version 3.6 (I think 3.3 was the release version) was already pretty good, comparable to MSO 2001. And it continually got better. Feature-wise there's a couple minor things missing compared to a current MSO, but nothing worth hundreds of Dollars imo. And Calc performance got a huge boost in v5. Spreadsheets with complicated formulas (finding and filtering text) and 5-6 figure number of lines are no problem. Just loading the document takes a couple seconds.

[2016-1-13. : 4:12 am]
rockz -- and they won't let me change my password to 30 characters.
[2016-1-13. : 4:11 am]
rockz -- I think they've outsourced their spam email to a third party and it's horribly inaccurate.
[2016-1-13. : 4:11 am]
rockz -- the link to "apply for a business loan" brings me to wellsfargo.com though
[2016-1-13. : 4:10 am]
Generalpie -- Mini Moose 2707
Mini Moose 2707 shouted: Unless Generalpie is super interested in trying and learning different spreadsheet software, he probably has better things to do, like flopping or whatever.
If I don't flop over, this site will float away.
[2016-1-13. : 4:00 am]
Moose -- It's possible the chtah folks got your last 4 and spoofed WFE, but yeah, I'd probably forward that shit to WF. Buying up blocks of related domains makes sense, but that email does not.
[2016-1-13. : 3:58 am]
Moose -- chtah seems way more suspicious
[2016-1-13. : 3:58 am]
Moose -- Yeah, I wouldn't believe that shit lmao
[2016-1-13. : 3:55 am]
rockz -- the email I got has my credit card, which links to WFE. the WFE links to chtah.
[2016-1-13. : 3:40 am]
Moose -- Which one? chtah or wfe?
[2016-1-13. : 3:39 am]
rockz -- they have the last 4 of my credit card too
[2016-1-13. : 3:39 am]
rockz -- oh my god I think it's a legit site
[2016-1-13. : 3:38 am]
Moose -- Doodle77
Doodle77 shouted: cheetahmail.com is a legit business
Regardless, they are not Wells Fargo
[2016-1-13. : 3:38 am]
Moose -- Email is quite forgable for crafty people, though you didn't mention how you got the link
[2016-1-13. : 3:37 am]
Doodle77 -- cheetahmail.com is a legit business
[2016-1-13. : 3:37 am]
Dem0n -- lmao
[2016-1-13. : 3:36 am]
rockz -- I hope wells fargo will get back to me and tell me "oh it's real" so I can just take all my money away from them and go to chase.
[2016-1-13. : 3:36 am]
Moose -- https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=chtah.com definitely not owned by WF
[2016-1-13. : 3:36 am]
Moose -- chtah has different nameservers, though
[2016-1-13. : 3:36 am]
rockz -- if this is legit, this is the worst legit site i've ever visited. If this is a phish, it's the best damn phish I've ever seen.
[2016-1-13. : 3:35 am]
rockz -- http://chtah.com/ is linked too, and has that same BS comment.
[2016-1-13. : 3:33 am]
Moose -- It SEEMS legit and that WF might own it, but I don't know if you can point a domain to the same nameservers and pull more shenanigans deeper behind the scenes
[2016-1-13. : 3:33 am]
rockz -- <form method="POST" action="http://ebm.connect.wellsfargoemail.com/r/regf2"> from the source of the unsubscribe thing. I guess they're just confirming I'm a person...
[2016-1-13. : 3:30 am]
Moose -- Name Server(s) NSA.WELLSFARGO.COM (has 1,321 domains) NSC.WELLSFARGO.COM (has 1,321 domains) NSX.WELLSFARGO.COM (has 1,321 domains)
[2016-1-13. : 3:27 am]
rockz -- bitdefender seems to think it's a phish
[2016-1-13. : 3:26 am]
rockz -- same comment for me
[2016-1-13. : 3:26 am]
Moose -- It appears WF owns wellsfargoemail.com, it has the same info and name servers as wellsfargo.com, unless that can be forged, too
[2016-1-13. : 3:25 am]
Moose -- <!-- mon:49_13_grol_66% --> html comment there wat
[2016-1-13. : 3:23 am]
rockz -- http://ebm.connect.wellsfargoemail.com works and spouts jibberish somehow.
[2016-1-13. : 3:22 am]
Moose -- Or maybe they actually use it for email, like your gmail can also be used as @googlemail.com
[2016-1-13. : 3:21 am]
Moose -- Or maybe Wells Fargo just bought the domain so phishers couldn't get it.
[2016-1-13. : 3:21 am]
Moose -- Maybe there's a Wellsfargoemail.com/something/that/does/not/redirect
[2016-1-13. : 3:20 am]
rockz -- now I'm totally confused. Wellsfargoemail.com redirects to wellsfargo.com as well.
[2016-1-13. : 3:20 am]
Moose -- Maybe the phishers are actually just nice people who are saving the legit site some bandwidth. :)
[2016-1-13. : 3:16 am]
Moose -- I would expect the form data to go somewhere else but all of the other links are to the legit site
[2016-1-13. : 3:14 am]
rockz -- It links me to the real site though, how the fuck is this supposed to get my info?
[2016-1-13. : 3:12 am]
jjf28 -- rekt
[2016-1-13. : 3:12 am]
rockz -- omg I'm so embarrased. I visited a phishing site and actually thought it was authentic...
[2016-1-13. : 3:10 am]
Dem0n -- lmao
[2016-1-13. : 3:10 am]
Dem0n -- cuz idiots
[2016-1-13. : 3:09 am]
jjf28 -- like wut, why xD
[2016-1-13. : 3:09 am]
jjf28 -- *camera crew highlights kim davis*
[2016-1-13. : 2:50 am]

[2016-1-13. : 1:53 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Dem0n
Dem0n shouted: I don't even know how to use Excel other than making graphs :hurr:
lol I get to do that. I need to free download it from my school first.
[2016-1-13. : 1:48 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- :wob:
