Pretty sure it's 80 It's apparently standard in the US to get just a few days off a year. That seriously would be a deal breaker for me to work in the US. Here it's common to get around 30 days off. Do you never go on holidays? What about Christmas or Easter time? just over the weekend / feast days? Through luck I moved departments so I just observed the call center slowly lose their minds XD My friend had a job like that, he switched to the higher tier where he just tells people what to say to their customers[2016-9-13. : 3:16 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- that's sort of how it's been during the day (why they're getting people to take OT)[2016-9-13. : 3:16 am] Fire_Kame -- then they made a change to a product and it was like balls deep in queues. Through luck I moved departments so I just observed the call center slowly lose their minds[2016-9-13. : 3:16 am] Fire_Kame -- my handle time target was 4 minutes, but what sucked was that it was one right after another for your full shift[2016-9-13. : 3:15 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I covered my friend's shift once that was just till midnight, and in the last 2 hours I was there I only had like 4 <5 minute calls[2016-9-13. : 3:14 am] Fire_Kame -- if I didn't want to kill myself when I was on the phones that's the shift I wanted too.[2016-9-13. : 3:14 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I wanna work graves, that's so cool at my job because there are very few calls and the place is empty so there aren't any loud people[2016-9-13. : 3:13 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- ya. it's like +10% for nights and weekends (Sunday ) , +20% for graves or something[2016-9-13. : 3:13 am] Moose -- FaRTy1billionFaRTy1billion shouted: I think it's time and a half for me.
