@Payne: 2 civs isn't a bug, it's a fix. There was a bug in 1.10 that when you died the civ wasn't placable and went to top-right corner, and even if you revived you were stuck. The 2 civs is to make sure the corpse is placed.

This version has a bug when you die: you get 2 civilians so you can move them and choose where you respawn when reviving xD
Though, it also fixes bugs like the Ship as an item
