File Description
This is a modified Vulture portrait for SC:R compatible to Cynon's old one.

I recolored Cynon's SC:R Blue Vulture portrait since I couldn't separate the color of original one's goggle and skin.

On the original I used a paint shop pro light to create a cone light right under his chin to darken the rest of the portrait and brighten up the beard. I'm not surprised that recreating that would be a huge pain.
