I'd hate to make a new topic about it but I'd like to know if there is any way to force a computer, or if possible, unlikely, a human into melding Templars.

Essentially, I'd like to use an unfinished archon for my purposes.

You can actually place a an unfinished arcon in Starfroge, I think it's called Arcon energy, but im not sure if it's a sprite. The other way is to place an arcon then a scarab for player 15, it will make the arcon freeze as an unfinished arcon. But it will also makes the later units 2x faster. You can also constantly remove and spawn a new arcon with hyperz. But once again, it won't be really usefull depending on the map you are making.

Well its simple to do for a human player. Just simply place the two Protoss High Templars in the viewing screen of the player(s) and place a message on there screen saying " Please meld your two Protoss High Templars into a Protoss Archon to continue ". Then just "freeze" all of the triggers that follow the game, unless the players all make an Archon. :D This may or may not be the route you want to take because it can take up time. If you also want to use a count down timer to ward of players who are not paying attention you could also do that. Just remove the Protoss High Templars that are not melded by the time the count down timer has expired.

In other words, no, there is no perfect method to do what you want.

Oh_Man -- where they use third party audioprogram called WWISE which basically makes adding audio extremely difficult

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
