ID says "EzTerix." Inside the other, the ID is for "Zilean."

You walk slowly around the room, feeling the wall. You manage to detach a light metallic object and determine that it is a revolver, although you are unsure of the number of bullets inside. You surreptitiously hide the revolver and yell, "I HAZ A GUN", but no one hears you. You determine the walls are made of stone, which is cold to the touch. The room is pitch black.

You attempt to adjust your eyes to the darkness, but the lighting entering from the room above seems to be too sparse, mainly illuminating the top of the metal ladder.

Note: The room above you has no lights on the ceiling, they are all on the walls. This makes for better lighting for the above room, but very poor lighting for the current one.

It doesn't really elaborate...

Please do elaborate. We might be getting some real clues here. (Also: "EzTerix". Wut.)

You think back to when you were invited to stay here by the owner. He was a man you barely knew, aside from talk that he was somewhat wealthy. When he approached you, asking if you would attend a get-together at his place for the weekend, you were fairly surprised. However, upon arriving and mingling with the other guests, you got the distinct impression that he had invited many of the people the same way. No one seemed to be particularly close to him, or even know him that well.

Taking this into account, you're entirely unsure why anyone here would want to kill him. Not only is it unlikely anyone could have formed such a murderous grudge toward him so quickly, but he seemed to be a kind person, as far as first impressions go. It was also incredibly generous of him to invite so many people to stay there who he barely knew, though you thought to yourself at one point that he was probably lonely living in such a remote place by himself.

In the 2 drawers there are the ids Exterix and Zilean

The blood soaked clothe I found has no blood trail in it and it was dried before turn 3... so it was probably moved from another place.
Maybe another murdered person?

So, anyone want to speculate about what's going on here? I want to at least know why a killer would want me dead, for one thing.

1. Try to recall what my profession and major interests were. Would there be anything at all that someone would want to murder me over? Do I own anything valuable? Do I own the rights to anything someone might want? Was I ever given an offer for something someone wouldn't want me to have? Do I have a wealthy relative or person I'm close to who's about to die?

Only Tempz has found potentially solid evidence so far. Zilean is MIA and we don't know what Wing Zero found with that lever in the freezer.

Someone should take ray's key and try opening the doors upstairs.
