Granted, but nobody cares.

I wish that CamStudio didn't have a vendetta against every audio card ever created.

None.

Granted. But it does have a vendetta against every card you own now, and every card you ever will own.

I wish I wouldn't give myself reasons to worry about nerding out when talking to close friends OTI.

Granted, but you now have reasons to worry about your beer belly when talking to close friends.

I wish that computers were simpler.

Are you sure about that?

Granted, now computers may only run "Pong".

I wish I had a 1gb video card.

Granted, but as of five minutes ago, publishing or running Firefox addons
Quote from name:Dark_Marine
requires a paid subscription.

I wish that phpBB3 didn't arbitrarily break all the default SQL commands and make you use their equivalent ones, which usually have different names or don't exist at all. Srsly. Modding phpBB3 is hard.

EDIT: And while I'm at it, I wish that phpBB3 was organized better.

Granted. It is now color coded, with over 500 shades of colors.

I wish that I didn't have 5 major school projects due tomorrow, and I that I had actually done them.

Granted. But you fail all of them. And you lose the game. Twice.

Wish MediaWiki's Monobook CSS wasn't so damn huge and all-encompassing. Or that their HTML sucked less.

Granted, it has now been removed entirely from the internet never to overwhelm anyone ever again with it's vastness or sucky html.

I wish I was a delicious loli.

Granted. You get pwned shortly thereafter by pedobear.

I wish for eternal life and youth.

Granted, but you live in heaven and nobody believes in your existance.

I wish I was Pedobear.

Granted, but you get v&.

I wish I could code faster, more efficiently, and more productively. I have a big project that I need to do for a friend before the end of this week.

Granted, but it sucks in the end.

I wish I could start my game project, かがみ.

Granted, it never works at all in any shape or form regardless of if you're running from an HTA or not.

I wish diarrhea upon you.

Granted, you now have diarrhea upon you.

I wish that this was a real TV show. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VTbYUd1jUc4&feature=channel

Granted. You show it to your friends when it airs.
They leave.
You get sucked into the tv.
You are never heard from again.

I wish i could stop missing when I reach for the door handle

Symmetry -- Man I wish we had this tech back in the day when people played ums lmao
[2026-7-16. : 6:28 am]
NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
[2026-7-16. : 6:26 am]
NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

NudeRaider -- Symmetry
Symmetry shouted: Ohhh imagine a SC map that could delete itself
not the map, the editor
[2026-7-16. : 2:28 am]
Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.
[2026-7-15. : 4:10 am]
Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
[2026-7-15. : 2:19 am]
Symmetry -- NudeRaider
NudeRaider shouted: Symmetry I can't tell if it's relevant. You provided literally no context so I was providing an equally generic answer.
