No Text Triggers In SCMDraft

I don't have the option to use text triggers in SCMDraft. When I open the Trigger menu, all I see is Classic Triggers and Classic Mission Briefings. I think I'm missing a plugin or something, but I re-downloaded Scmdraft like 3 times and it still won't work.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.
Do you have a file called "TrigEdit.sdp" in the "Plugins" folder?

Yeah I've got that file.
My OS is Microsoft XP Home Edition. I used to have this file, but when I re-downloaded it a while back, it was never in the folder.

I could've sworn I had the newest version...

EDIT: Ohh... I see what I did wrong. I had the SCMDraft shortcut on my desktop, but I had the Plugin folder in another folder.
