What is the purpose of giving the entire ownership of a trigger to Current Player? Is this just an unnecessary option like player 9-12 trigger ownership?

Maybe if you have a map where you want the player to have a random chance of a scenario to play, but have some things in common from scenario to scenario.

What? Giving triggers to current player just makes sc ignore that trigger.
