MPQs can have multiple language versions of the same file. I was wondering if worked for maps since they are MPQ files with a different file extension. Turns out it does. Attached proof of concept, french/english version of the starcraft tutorial, the french version will play if you're playing the french version of starcraft and english otherwise. Big catch though: It doesn't seem to work for Korean, I also haven't tested if it works in multiplayer.
