So if you set it to 1 minute does that equal about 720 deaths?[2017-5-13. : 2:48 pm] NudeRaider -- I think it's crazy how the original is muddy and bad quality wise when you look at all the individual elements, but still much more appealing because the composition and mixing is so much better. Feels organic.[2017-5-13. : 2:45 pm] Moose -- Also, I like how it's Terran 01, like they're saving room to expand to 99 Terran tracks LMAO[2017-5-13. : 2:27 pm] Moose -- TBH, the opening sounds like they couldn't even decide what instruments to use[2017-5-13. : 2:01 pm] Voyager7456 -- NudeRaiderNudeRaider shouted: @trumpets and guitars: not just clearer, but sometimes overpronounced this[2017-5-13. : 11:24 am] Lanthanide -- wow, Taylor Swift's Blank Space has had over 2 billion views on youtube[2017-5-13. : 11:22 am] Lanthanide -- yeah, he's had a few fur-flying fights with the cat from the front house[2017-5-13. : 11:20 am] Lanthanide -- and the woman who lives in the house in front works for the Cats Protection League so there are often quite a few cats there, that change every couple of months[2017-5-13. : 11:20 am] Lanthanide -- that may be due to the overly territorial cat from the house in front of us, though[2017-5-13. : 11:19 am] Lanthanide -- he'll only go down the drive when we put the rubbish bins out, or bring them back in[2017-5-13. : 11:19 am] Lanthanide -- like, he won't go down the end of the driveway (about 20m) by himself[2017-5-13. : 11:14 am] NudeRaider -- Cats around here, usually just go for smaller prey, like birds and mice. Seems like your environment lets them be much more competent predators[2017-5-13. : 11:11 am] Lanthanide -- he didn't know what to do with the starling because it was quite aggressive[2017-5-13. : 11:11 am] NudeRaider -- OR maybe it's a decent cat that is just digusted by eating a fly and much prefers your cat food ![]() [2017-5-13. : 11:11 am] Lanthanide -- previously the only bird he'd managed to catch was a diseased and half-dead one[2017-5-13. : 11:10 am] Lanthanide -- he'll catch them, but be too scared of their buzzing to actually eat them[2017-5-13. : 11:09 am] Lanthanide -- so far out of the 3 he's caught, he's never injured them at all as far as I can tell[2017-5-13. : 11:09 am] Lanthanide -- but with praying mantises, he's much more uncertain and actively scared of them[2017-5-13. : 11:09 am] Lanthanide -- usually by the time I realise he's caught a grasshopper, he's already injured it severely so I just leave him to finish it[2017-5-13. : 11:06 am] NudeRaider -- LanthanideLanthanide shouted: cat just caught a praying mantis and was growling at it LanthanideLanthanide shouted: unlike grasshoppers, praying mantis' fight back hope you made a video of it. Sounds interesting ![]() [2017-5-13. : 10:54 am] NudeRaider -- @trumpets and guitars: not just clearer, but sometimes overpronounced[2017-5-13. : 10:53 am] NudeRaider -- FaRTy1billionFaRTy1billion shouted: https://soundcloud.com/starcraft-ii-official/starcraft-remastered-terran-01 I really like the first and last 30secs. They went from the old "funky and puffy" sound to one where the instruments are more pronounced and a tad more realistic and thus the piece gets more life. For the beginning it does a better job of wanting you to hear more, and for the ending it doesn't drag you down as much, which would be a good thing to end the music, but not so much for looped background. The same doesn't work as well during the main parts, where the trumpets and guitars and even background tact elements are much clearer and thus you get the schoolband "by book" vibe from it. Probably why it feels not as full. Despite the individual instruments being better, stuff doesn't blend together as well.![]() [2017-5-13. : 5:56 am] Lanthanide -- there are parts of the new one that I like, but like of lot of the comments say, it seems to be missing some instruments and 'full' sound[2017-5-13. : 5:33 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- https://soundcloud.com/starcraft-ii-official/starcraft-remastered-terran-01 ![]() [2017-5-13. : 5:27 am] Pauper -- Depending on your screen resolution it may be stretched in game money but the editor will be a square[2017-5-13. : 5:26 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- m.0.n.3.ym.0.n.3.y shouted: Question, do the terrain tiles create perfect squares? For example, if I make a square that is 22 tiles long and 22 tiles wide, is that a perfect square? It looks a little oblonged in the game tiles are 32x32 pixels, so a square made from them will indeed be a square. It might be oblong due to your monitor[2017-5-13. : 4:52 am] Zoan -- m.0.n.3.ym.0.n.3.y shouted: Question, do the terrain tiles create perfect squares? I have all of them set to disable via switch but only half of them disable.. anyone know why that is happening? you need vision of them while the disable is happening I think |
