[2014-10-14. : 7:42 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- What do I do with my Osmos and Super Hexagon keys? I got Osmos in a previous bundle, and my cousin bought like a bunch of Super Hexagons for like a dollar or something once and gave me one ![]() [2014-10-14. : 7:41 pm] Generalpie -- I have a couple of jumbo ones that ran at like 13 games each I think[2014-10-14. : 7:40 pm] Generalpie -- Nowadays, they've got multiple bundles running at various sizes[2014-10-14. : 7:20 pm] Generalpie -- Non-Steam sales do not level up your account, unless in my case you upgrade your badge due to the amount of games you own[2014-10-14. : 7:16 pm] Generalpie -- Had I purchased all my games individually, you'd see me with a hexagon level marker ![]() [2014-10-14. : 7:16 pm] Generalpie -- Despite having twice as many games as Zyc, I have a lower level[2014-10-14. : 7:15 pm] Generalpie -- Buying things off the Steam Store, trading items, and the like increases your level[2014-10-14. : 7:15 pm] Generalpie -- I got it off of a HB for $7 after wanting to try it, with a few other games that I do play from time to time[2014-10-14. : 7:14 pm] Generalpie -- An example is FTL, which is $10 on the store now, but at the time was $15[2014-10-14. : 7:04 pm] Generalpie -- RoyRoy shouted: Hey Pie, don't take this the wrong way, but your Steam profile strongly suggests you are afflicted by fiscal irresponsibility (buying games you do not play). This mentality scales out to your spending habits in general, and you're likely vulnerable to manipulative advertising. You should take a course in personal finance and educate yourself on psychology in marketing: it will protect your wallet, and you'll have a bunch of extra money for things you actually want/need. Nah, I buy humble bundles usually for 1 game, because that one game is cheaper in the bundle than it is on the market[2014-10-14. : 6:56 pm] Roy -- Hey Pie, don't take this the wrong way, but your Steam profile strongly suggests you are afflicted by fiscal irresponsibility (buying games you do not play). Put on 3 jackets, 14 blankets, sit over a heater vent, shiver and cry until warm (not guaranteed to happen -- especially when the vent turns off). Too hot? Wear thinner/less clothes, sweat more, whatever -- at least I'm not cold.[2014-10-14. : 6:16 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- don't have to drown in like four comforters just to keep the biting cold at bay. ![]() [2014-10-14. : 6:15 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- In the summer it's just like too hot? Sleep on top of the covers and open a window.[2014-10-14. : 6:15 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I don't want it to be winter. D: Having to deal with heaters, blankets, etc. is bullshit.[2014-10-14. : 6:13 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Apparently I radiate a lot of heat. It's my guess that I just radiate it all away, making me feel really cold.[2014-10-14. : 6:12 pm] Generalpie -- I sacrifice goats out in the grassy field out back about twice a week with 4 other guys[2014-10-14. : 6:11 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- GeneralpieGeneralpie shouted: My urine is indistinguishable from water My source for "I drink plenty."[2014-10-14. : 6:11 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I have a waterbottle I refill throughout the day at work[2014-10-14. : 6:02 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Maybe I should just get really fat. Then I'll have some defense against the cold. ;o[2014-10-14. : 6:00 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- So, basically what I'm getting at is I really don't like the cold, or the sensation of being cold and anything to offset that, no matter how extreme, is acceptable. ![]() [2014-10-14. : 5:58 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- And then by the time I realize "Goddamn, I'm sitting in like a 120 hotbox", the air conditioner will have been on long enough to start reducing the temperature[2014-10-14. : 5:57 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- At my work they actually keep it at like 70 or something, and I find that to be way too cold. In the summer I like leaving work and then sitting in the car after it has been baking in the sun, because the cold is deep in my skin and I can feel the extreme heat slowly seeping in and replacing the cold.[2014-10-14. : 5:51 pm] Generalpie -- I'm sure it could be filed under "Medical Mystery" how I can be from Texas and not like the heat.[2014-10-14. : 5:50 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I guess not inside, though. Inside 70s are fine since the air is still and I can put a jacket or whatever on if needed.[2014-10-14. : 5:49 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I'd much rather it be like high 90s than even low 70s. ![]() [2014-10-14. : 5:48 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I've been complaining about it not being summer anymore since August. xD[2014-10-14. : 5:42 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I could just get a space heater .. that might be cheaper than running the whole furnace for just my room. xD[2014-10-14. : 5:41 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- also it's a southwest corner, so in the summer it gets hot because the sun hits it all day. That doesn't seem to help in the winter D:[2014-10-14. : 5:36 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I think it's because my room is on a corner, and this is an old house so it has shitty insulation |
