People just need to learn to deal when males are the majority of X field. Don't just try to force "gender equality", it doesn't work like that, because forcing it means you're effectively favouring one gender. Gender equality or "inclusiveness" = take people disregarding their gender and only look at their merits. Same goes for work, when hiring someone I don't go looking "Hey, I have hired 5 men and 4 women, I need to hire another woman!" I just look at what they have done and if they qualify for the job... It's stupid really. If equality was having the same amount of everything I wouldn't be able to build my projects, there's basically zero women that are construction workers here and not because they cannot, there simply aren't any.
