A set of graphics and sounds granting the Ion Cannon full functionality as a defensive structure.

There's a fair bit of blizzard hardcoded nonsense hell-bent on preventing this unit from being fulfilled, so implementing it into the game required a bunch of hacky workarounds. It still comes with a few shortcomings (listed in the readme), but this is likely the best you're gonna get.
