File Description

This is a modified Science Vessel portrait for SC:R compatible to Cynon's old one.

I remember that this portrait's concept is 'Static'. I guess that's why it has a noise effect.
I don't know how he did, so I tried to edit this as similar as possible.
But to be honest, I don't think the result is very good.

I don't remember the name of the exact effect I used, but I think it was one of the defaults in Paint Shop Pro. The shading was supposed to look blown out a little as well as it being like a static theme sort of like in the SC1 intro.
