File Description

Decided I couldn't stay away from doing Starcraft: Remastered portraits, so I threw this together. It's just one animation of static white noise, so it's probably best suited to replacing one of the flags for players 9-12.

Maybe put it on the crashed Battlecruiser or somesuch?

I'm not sure how critical it is for there to be a SD version of this.
