This program calculates the different extended player/unit combinations for a given address.



P = Player
DeathId = Unit ID that will write to address when unit dies
PlaceId1 = Unit ID that will write to address when unit is placed (All Count table)
PlaceId2 = Unit ID that will write to address when unit is placed (Completed Count table)
