File Description

Modern Diplomacy or War, edited from Diplo or War 1939.
Changed terrain to add choke points so enemies can't just mass an army and roll right over eachother.
Added Oil Rigs and Mineral fields to cause more conflict between players
Units are more balanced. (Armor beats Infantry. Infantry beats Anti Armor, Anti Armor beats Armor. Bombers beat ground, Fighters beat bombers).
