Ar3sgice, are you deliberately trying to make your map obscure? No one will join a map simply titled "2.22x10^23"--let alone know that 222...scx is the right map to host. With that said, this map is a serendipity for me, as I have enthusiastically enjoyed playing the first few levels. If you do read comments though, I must suggest that you add more features to help players compensate for the insurmountable difficulties in every level. I've hosted it 4 times and never made it past Arbiters, though with all experts, we might make it to the Probe level, but no way past Valkyries.

To improve, you could add: buyable/rewarded ghosts, remap the path so there's less stress for the Last Defender (if two sides leak at once it's hell for that player), and make the air enemies spread out with more pathing locations. I hope you improve this potential gem as there aren't enough Lockdown defense maps out there.

DarkenedFantasies -- Probably just didn't care. For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically

Oh_Man -- so that makes me think maybe the theory they are unfinished is not true and its a deliberate design decision, coz why not finish them wen ur making brood war?
