I manage a technical support team for a SaaS PoS / booking platform software company. I got up to supervisor at my previous company and got passed over for manager several times. It was tough to leave, I was one of the first 20 employees and we were probably 2-300 people strong when I left but the CEO was terrible. Now I want to move on from current job instead of earning a max of 3% raise per year.[2025-4-06. : 6:22 pm]
