You could use units as how many clips you have, and use gas as money. If you want a visual representation of clips on screen, you could use the leaderboard, or population, by which I mean the numbers top right that show how many units of each race you have.
Red classic.

Cool, thanks. I'm using gas as a currency for upgrading armor, as upgrading weapon will do nothing for each mutant has 1 hp, but hits really hard.

Ah, so you aren't using my vHP system? Probably for the best if you're new to map making.
BTW my system works with upgrades and different weapons; they're just virtual upgrades.

I'm an ok map maker..
I just honestly don't know whether to use your system or not. I mean, I'm okay with 1 hit 1 kill, really, I am. Your system would make it so it isn't one hit one kill, which is what I originally wanted. The only problem is that it looks pretty complicated at first glance. If there was a... noob-friendly guide, I would definitely consider it.

OK I'll re-write the post when I have a moment. It's not too complicated if you understand death counters.

Alright, thanks. When you do post it, please link it here.

How odd I was actually debating this week whether to create a Sims type map or survival horror type map!
Just was thinking about a Sims map because I played a few of them and was sorely disappointed and I knew I could do better. However still just the single fact it's a Sims game just makes me remember how it just won't be that great.
The survival horror map I was thinking of is turning more and more into a movie, so I just make my first movie map ever? Who knows

Make a sims game, using some of the ideas in my main post. Since they're no real up-to-date sims maps like in my post, I'm sure it'll get popular.

Rereading your post, I just realized that what you said is almost
exactly like that map I posted, I can't believe how close they are.
But honestly guys, come up with a good Sims map, I would love to see a combination of
this Sims map, which is more like your classic Sims map, with many more trigger functions, instead of just being an open-play map, and
this Sims map, which is more like an RPG than anything. Basically, I think you should have houses be more customized, like the first map, and have skills and such that improve your ability to work on a job, and also adding the hygene, hunger, sleep etc. Needs, but then keep the city and atmosphere of the second map everywhere else.

I'm really tempted to at the moment, as I can't advance further in my RPG as I probably can't find a terrainer to do my bidding (lol).
