Question about "Modify Unit Energy"

When I kill a unit, I have it add +1 deaths of a Minereal Field.

Now, I have 30 triggers that go from 1% energy to 30% energy depending on how many deaths of Minereal Field you have.

But.. the energy goes up 2 each trigger, when it only has percent of 1?

Is this to do with the fact it has a 200 max out?

I want it to count 1+ 1+ 1+ etc. etc. each time :)

Thanks.

Is the player under a force or by individual players?

It's basic math. One percent of two hundred is two. So it would go up by two for every percent of energy you set.

That's what I figured, do you know of any way to fix this?

ᴄʜᴇᴇsᴇ ɪᴛ!

lol, no you can't do this. You should stick with my suggestion on using the leaderboard. It will take MUCH less triggering (it's only 3 triggers or so).

Quote from r00k
1. - give the unit 100 hitpoints.

2. - you create a unit that does 1 damage on your unit. Remove it. Do your Trigger.

3. - you make it reverse. After you substracted 1 percent move a medic to your unit and remove it when it healed 3 hitpoints.

good luck on 2 and 3.

No Damein, read the replies that I posted in the topic on the Snipers forum. You can count by 5%'s so 1 kill = 10 energy, 2 kills = 20 energy, etc. This has a max of 20 kills.

If you count by 4%'s and give the ghost the energy upgrade, you can go to 25 kills.

I suggest just changing the energy required to do things. However, you'll have trouble with cloaking, since you cannot change the constant energy use for it.
So, if your original "Lockdown" Cost was 30 energy, jack it up to 60, and have the energy count by 2s.

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"
