There is prob a reason...
But I started with negative minerals(everyone may, IDK)...

It seems kind of pointless...

I just really wish to purchase the ability to have a signature... but I don't really have any minerals yet.

Exactly. You have to pay off your debt to IP by being active on site and such to earn yourself minerals. Or you can disable fun (then you cant earn minerals or give minerals, etc.). And, spamming to make posts longer is prohibited. Well, Alkali, have fun out there.
