There isn't much documentation around it outside of that thread, so I hope you're ready to do some experimenting and self-learning.
It's limited, though: you can't give a Ghost the ability to stim and ensnare at the same time, for example. You're essentially just changing the underlying unit type, which changes what weapons and abilities the unit can use.

Which unit can cast psi-storm, and stasis field (Arbiter?)? Or is that on another unit: Dark Archon gets arbiter abilities?
the only eud type map ive ever seen is blizzard xmas rpg, where a dark archon had a scout attack.
