Hello

So, post here sc2 bugs you have found out.
While paused, you can rightclick the minimap, causing to create many sprites of mapclicks:

It looks like wc3 trees trying to take over SC2's superior graphics. :bleh:

I dunno any bugs as I am on the crack. I just hate the AI.

Hello

Yea it's quite fun. If you resume the game they all are playing their animation, is quite fun :D
So, noone else got any bug? :(

I wonder... Do commands issued via the paused mini-map actually get obeyed when the game is unpaused? If so, it may have a lightswitch effect... If it's at all possible, see if you can order a worker to build on top of an existing building while the game is paused.

Minimap squares(representing units) will start to disappear when you get near the 2000 unit mark. (Observed in the first version of the beta)

Hello

Some stuff we manged to do when having many overlords, overseers and mutalisks.

Many units in one cornor :D


Stacked overlords are causing light oO, probably because of the smoke


Even more impressive :)

I order you to forgive yourself!

That happened after I somehow got dropped. I clicked the surrender button but it didn't bring me back to the score screen. Now, each time I order a unit, the image freezes. Here is how it looks:

DarkenedFantasies -- Probably just didn't care. For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically

Oh_Man -- so that makes me think maybe the theory they are unfinished is not true and its a deliberate design decision, coz why not finish them wen ur making brood war?
