If anyone wants to know why I picked Excalibur, here is what I collected.
At first, I picked Dark_Marine for the lulz, mostly to get people off guard. Then during the time that Darkling wanted me to hurry up and pick someone, I decided to go back and look at the clues. Smith & Wesson is a gun company which, I'm sure made a gun called Excalibur. Excalibur is also a sword from King Arthur, which had a lot of sword play at that time. The sword fight between darkling and greo = Excalibur.
And if you were mafia and knew Excalibur was mafia it would be easy to link clues to him after the fact.
Don't worry, town is too stupid to realize they are governed by mafia.

Echo had become the Mayor, interestingly enough to the town. And he alone chose the best, and first kill of the day. Excalibur was quickly manhandled, and slaughtered on the the spot by the townies under a new authority. Pleased with their results, the town had begun to rest, knowing their town was now under a safe rule. But how long would the Mayor last? He had bodyguards that were assigned from the strongest of the citizens, and at least he would be protected through the nights to come. And just like that, night was already starting, and the Mafia was ready to bring the thunder for having already been insulted by the "Idiot Savant".
Is this intended to be part of the clues or is it just story telling?
