So if he already changed to DTBK in the first line, and he thinks won't change it but officially changes it when he already says he's voting for DTBK, that means he isn't voting for DTBK. And if he does officially change his vote, to whom? He says his vote changes. Okay. I'll put him down as voting for EcHo. That's a changed vote.

Or if we're supposed to ignore him changing his vote to DTBK, then yes, he votes for DTBK. It can be read both ways. I would say the same thing if he said NerdyTerdy.
