Just need to know the proper way to make broodlings stay at 0 energy, so they don't die. I saw this before but now that I need it, I can't find it xD, so thanks in advanced.

Create them vai triggers. However don't make them with properies they still die for some reason.

broodlings, like hallus, actually don't have energy. That's just a timer, it doesn't work like cloak. Otherwise EMP would kill them.

Broodlings, hallucinations, Dark Swarms, and Disruption Webs are all like this. I think maybe Comsat Sweep is too, but I'm not certain about that one.

What are you talking about. Hallucinations can be killed by EMP.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically
