My force names are normal, my title is normal except for an "&" and my file name is normal except for an "&," "[" and "]". But, Ive seen these in a multitude of other maps without this error...

Ok, its quite odd. Im trying to test my map on UDP and I get the map file is still being distributed when its just me, myself and I in teh lobby(plus 3 computers)

I'm not so sure if '&' doesn't cause trouble. Just try removing it and hang me if my hunch was incorrect. 
Other than that I've only general ideas which shouldn't cause that exact error:
- Are units placed out of the map boundaries (aka very near to the edge)?
- Have you placed start locations for all players?
- Some weird player/force settings?

I once had the same thing too, the problem is invalid characters in the file name (for example i had + in it).

And for some reason didn't even think to go back and look at the battle.

NimoStar -- It can by playing the same map thousands of times. It is similar to AI speedrunning games
