I'm wondering how to stack crazy like? I mean where the stacked "whatever" Is overlapping like crazy. I have a screenshot.

Check Options > Units > Allow Stack.
None.
But i can only like "grid stack". but in the picture it is just weird.

Oh i got it. I just had to turn off "Buildings snap to tile"

Just use Xtra Edit Special mode, since that's how it was probably made.

Hey, in the future, could you use PNG, GIF, or at least Jpeg rather than Bitmap
