I get sick and tired of playing my Guitar Hero III's old songs. Yes, it has newer songs, but still I would like to create my own custom list of songs to play.

They would include:

Addicted - Saving Abel
Rebel Yell - Billy Idol
Fake It - Seether
Velvet Revolver - Slither (Downloadable on PS3/Xbox 360/Wii)
Do You Feel Like I Do? - Peter Frampton

What would you like to play in your own Guitar Hero play list?

Yeah, I wish there was like an iTunes for this type of stuff.

You just go there and buy normal songs, and play them with Guitar Hero...[/utopia]

Just Here For The Pie

This is for 'da pr0z' like myself...

I want an official version of Black Widow of La Porte by John 5.
Oh, how badly I want to play it...

Other than that, I would like to see Open Your Heart by Crush 40.
Open Your Heart would be really, really fun to play. I played it on Frets On Fire.

And, for the lulz, I Believe in a Thing Called Love by The Darkness.

Hell, I would shit my pants if Open Your Heart or I Believe in a Thing Called Love were on Rock Band. As for Black Widow, it has no vocals so it can't be on Rock Band.
I play Rock Band more... :bleh:

Open Source free version of Guitar Hero with included song editor. First link the main download site, second is a wiki that includes a custom song database, third the fan forum which is a community for song players and makers.

Can be played on your PC using a keyboard or your GH controller (Link on the wiki which tells you how to set it up).

They also have linked to songs ripped from GH1-3, essentially replacing the entire game. Best of all, its FREE!

Don't forget to direct them to http://keyboardsonfire.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2644 for the download link to Alarian Mod 2.7 FTW! I have to say, it gave me a whole new reason to play Frets On Fire. IT'S FREAKIN' AWESOME!!

You try it yet Ckol? I highly recommend it! :D

RickRoll and all of dragonforce i can, then i'd make my own stuff or something with Garageband and bang wildly on the keyboard and have a crazy song that's just random notes.

no not for guitar hero, but for Rockband. Singing it would be way more epic then playing it imo.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
