I was changing my avatar around and I noticed that when I put my first avatar and then I changed it to another, all it did was make it the size of the new avatar but the same picture. I don't know if this is cilent-sided or if it is a bug.

Whenever you first see someone's avatar, you store it in your internet cache. So, every time you visit a page with "http://staredit.net/uploads/avatar/80.jpg", it will just load it directly from your cache. When you change your avatar, your browser will still see the same link to your avatar, so it'll load the old one from your internet cache. It'll take a few refreshes and a few minutes. If it really bugs you, clear your cache.
