We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch
Always excited when Zycorax posts here because I know he listens to good music!
Btw. what do you think of this?
One of the (unjustly) lesser known of the top artists. I like him because of his very danceable style of trance and recommend actually going to see him live because he's always there to throw a party. Very fun!

Damn, that's a name I haven't seen in a long time. Never really listened to his music, other than the odd track being played on A State of Trance back in the day. Listened through this album a few days ago and there's definitely some good tracks, but I generally prefer uplifting trance when I listen to this kind of music, which has been way too rarely after I got into synthwave. Might try to get back into it again though, cause every time I listen to it, I'm like "Aaah, I've missed this stuff!"
seems the embeded code im entering dont work here?

You're probably better off using the regular BB code youtube button to embed the videos.

Yeah now that Corona is not an issue anymore I'm definitely going to visit an event or two again. Don't need it every weekend anymore, but yeah sometimes reliving the old times is nice. for every day listening I mostly have pop/dance radio. And sometimes a synthwave playlist.
Uplifting is nice to listen to, but for dancing I prefer harder beats.
Black Sabbath (Heaven and Hell) - Bible Black (and I'm just rolling the entire 2009 album start to finish because why not; I've been on a Black Sabbath kick lately, spinning Heaven and Hell and Seventh Star, most notably, lots of times).
Symmetry shouted: Man I wish we had this tech back in the day when people played ums lmao

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.
Symmetry shouted: Ohhh imagine a SC map that could delete itself
not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
