I don't know if you guys have been watching Korean pro streams lately, but Best has been playing some kind of Korean UMS... The map is casting Storm, Dark Storm, and all sorts of other spells! Someone finally has spell casting achieved in the map editor!!! DOES ANYONE know more about this?

Yeah, it's EUDs. You can use EUD Editor to achieve this. Look at the SC1 Mapping Tools forum for more info.

Check this thread. You can do all sorts of stuff now. Maybe you are referring to being able to press buttons in bottom right (command card) to trigger spells.

I've written some tutorials on how to do that if you want to start using this new tech yourself.
