Mission Briefing is similar to "TRG " except it only uses one condition byte (13) and has a limited set of action bytes. What happens if I try to put real triggers in the "MBRF"? Will the map compile or just crash?

Conditions are *probably* ignored, but I'm not 100% certain. If you put normal actions it won't work as expected because mission briefings use a totally different set of actions, so the IDs will refer to different actions or might crash as they won't reference a valid function pointer.
