That's why you choose. Every ninja knows that if a ninja goes ninja pirate, he/she is instantly killed by the closest ninja. Pirates? They're too drunk to even realize their bowels are tied to a tree and their testiscles are in their trachea.

Hey, it's true. I'm not saying I'm one of these homonin (that's what they're called, I think it's kind of catchy), but they're entirely free to make that choice, as long as they continue indiscriminantly killing. And don't make a move on a heteronin.
That would be a yumi (pronounced YOO-mee for the pronunciation impaired out there). More proof that ninja are too versatile for pirates.

Ninjas can infiltrate anything, and they can use any weapon even if it's a gun. Pirates "pirate" but Ninjs "infiltrate" and conquer. And Fatal, I know a lot of male ninjas that are straight.

Pirates can use sabres, swords, guns, ships, cannons, and others. They are also cooler, swifter, and can kick ass. Pirates "Pirate" but Ninjas "Hide and is scared poopless"

Ninjas can easily own pirates. Pirates are innatentive.

Ninjas dont have a baseball team.

Oh I remember when I made this post and another in old SEN. I wonder if I still have the list of names so I can use it for the map. Otherwise I'll ask people I like only.

Ninjas can use ALL of them, any weapon in particular if you count Sam Fisher.

Because they're too good, they don't need a team. A lot of ninjas are independent.
