Help me with list of sprite what non crashing

Please help me with a list of sprites what non-crashing the game. I try to put the game effect sprite High Templar Glow, but does not appear... :devlin:

Let me show you how to hump without making love.

Are you talking about sprites in general, or just unit sprites? Judging from your statement, I am guessing you mean to say non-unit sprite effects. There aren't many that actually work, the only animated ones that persist through the game are swarm clouds, disruption webs, the painted dot from Nuclear Strike, and the smoke from Vespene geysers. There are a few that will go off once and disappear, but I am sure you do not want those. There are a few that have a single frame like the white plume, but they look horrible.

By the way, since this got up, recently I was surprised to find out that many unit sprites that was crashing games before don't crash anymore (since less players use windows XP). For instance Zerg Zergling, Infested Terran and some other zerg units don't crash win7, 8 or vista users.

Anyways my question here is if Infested Duran is reliable to use in a game (works on all platforms). I was using it for a while and haven't met anyone who crashed yet. I guess I've tested with people who have win XP, 7 and 8, but not sure if this works for vista and Macs or some specific system configurations.

I am not sure what makes certain units more susceptible to crashing, it's definitely not related to how many frames a unit has since current ones work on both ends of the spectrum. Zerg Zergling has always worked, Infested Terran didn't always work, so that's nice. The Zerg units that you could reliably disable were Larva, Zerglings, Drones, and Hydralisk. Terran included Marines, Firebats, Ghosts, and SCVs. On the Protoss Side, it was just Dark Templar to my memory.

I'm sorry for misunderstanding. I was talking about disabled unit sprites that could be re-enabled. In that case, I remember that no units with burrow worked on my old machine with win XP and the only zerg unit that was working (except Infested Duran that I don't recall) was Zerg Broodling. Broodling wasn't perfect for everyone. Hydralisk in fact didn't work for me anywhere. Terran Marines, Firebats, Ghosts are the most stable, never seen anyone who crashed because of those, also Dark Templar is good. Don't remember bout SCV and air units.

infested duran can't burrow can he?

Either way he uses the same sprite as a ghost, so there's almost certainly no reason he wouldn't work the exact same as a regular ghost.
