There is the map, called Diplo - Infinity 2.8a. I wants to edit it, and make some modify with it, like adding 1 more country (Hungary missing from the map) and delete the Starcraft and the Phantom mode from the map, and also delete the option of unit choose (wants to make it random for all the time). So, that would be the job, but I'm not so pro in triggering, so I want some help about how to do it, or someone who would make it for me. I have the unprotected type of the map what I could give to the one, who will do it for me.

1) Who made the map?
2) If you didn't make the map, was the map protected?
3) If the map was protected, did you get permission from the author to edit the map?
Here at Sen, we respect authors' right to protect their maps, so if the map was protected, you (presumably) won't find anyone here willing to edit the map without consent from the author.

Yes, me downloaded the map unprotected 6-7 months ago from a torrent site with a couple of other maps. And if I know well, the map's creator cannot reachable ( I mean no play sc anymore ) now... Made by: :destroyer:

This map was released with protection, so no, what you're asking for violates the mapmaker's intent. He released it for others to enjoy and share under the equivalent of an Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license. You have two primary options to proceed from here.
1) Find a map to edit that has open source. Any maps released without protection are generally considered open source, as long as they aren't derived from a protected work.
2) Create a new map that has what you want. As Roy mentioned, the UMS Assistance forum is a good place to learn how to recreate the triggers you want to make.
We can assist you with those things, if you're interested enough to put in the effort.
