A reverse psychology tactic is difficult to pull off for mafia, especially in a larger game like this one. People might do what you want them do, but they also may do the opposite.
And it could be that Wing Zero is mafia, but I don't think so, I've more an inkling Devlin's side of things is the scummy one.

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.[04:10 am]
