That should do it, or just give it to a neutral player, like player 12, and just give it to player 12 from a player that was enemy to them.
The problem with that is that I don't have 5 neutral players. And when players are close to each other, each having player 12 drones will mess things up.

You could always use a lurker because they dont unborrow, but they will attack. So just set the attack to zero.
