I actually based this off: A Movie(Halloween Series), and a Custom Game Mode-ish from Call of Duty MW2,MW3, Black Ops.

Weapons Survivors now have a knife(Zealot), but can only kill Michael when there is one person alive. Michael Myers is a Hero Zealot.

First, I recommend using SCMDraft instead of Xtra.
Second, some more information about the gameplay would be nice. What kinds of things can the Civilians do? And the Zealot, for that matter?
I'd like to use Xtra, it's good for Map Makers Like me.
And I like to not go In-depth to much. I like this to be as much as a surprise.

It probably would have been a bigger surprise to not make a topic at all. If you're going to share a map in production, you should share the basic implementations of it. I mean, right now it seems like a standard (boring) Hide and Seek game.

Screenshots of unit stats aren't too exciting. I think you're being way too secretive about your map if you're holding on to things like this.

I will try to get some triggers into the game, like spawn a attacker when its like 1v1. Then Michael Myers and the Last Surviving Player will battle it out.
This seems like Hide n Seek by Overlord(DL) except you have a civ instead of a ghost and some zerg unit chasing them. You should make it more interesting by making it follow the story line of the movie.

I am mostly going to do it by the Custom GM in CoD.
I mean the time taken to make it. It seems like something that could be made in a matter of an hour.
I put the time I have. I do other stuff than mapping. I make Walkthroughs. I put at least 2 hours in to this. I also am going to Connecticut this weekend, so the ETA might change but for now, its going to be next month.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.
