What are wait 0 milliseconds for?

The only actual use I know of them is that if you want to kill a building and instantly replace it, you'd need a wait 0 in between or the space is technically still occupied and the respawning unit would receive an error for unplaceable unit.

None.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

hypertriggers?
waits 0-83 are equal...

@falkoner, sorry I did not test that. so I think you will be right.
so it should be 0-43.

Oh yeah, I meant aside from using them for hyper triggers.

Sometimes you'd have something like

C: Current player has suffered at least 1 death of Terran Marine
A: Create 1 Terran Marine at 'Spawn'
A: Wait 0 milliseconds
A: Preserve triggers

All that does is cause a minor wait in that trigger which sometimes can be good.

Actually, it's 0-42 which is equal time, not 83 like most people keep saying.. And if anyone wants to discredit that, you'd better come up with some good evidence.

And it doesn't necessarily create a Wait Block, I'm pretty sure you just meant a Wait, a Wait Block is when 2 waits block eachother up.

does it force the game to skip the rest of the actions in a trigger and come back to it on the next cycle?

None.

haha for sure. in some ways it's even more exciting because you can play EUD maps on regular battle.net, don't need to convince someone to download your mod to play with you. what did you do?
