Ok so the creator of WDetector also made a program called Affinity Changer. It basically makes Starcraft use 1 CPU, but what's the point though?

Still Napping

Oftentimes older programs don't run well on multi-core processors. But the need to make a program for it is silly. You can already change CPU affinity through task manager.
