Now I have seen it before in several maps, where queens automatically infest low health Command Centers. For some reason, they won't do it in my map. Any answers? Yes, I know what health a CC needs to be at and Queens infest regardless if the ability is researched/click-able or not... So what the hell?
Well what is the player configuration for the owner of the queen and CC?
None.
Although AI queens can use the ability regardless of it's research state, they may not be able to use it if it is Disabled. You've probably already checked that, though, so just saying.

The Queen is an enemy computer of the other computer who is also an enemy of the Queen. I tried configurations of giving the CC and/or Queen to human players or different computers. No luck.

Maybe if you aggravate it, it'll infest the CC? Although, that'd probably make the Queen ensare the units or spawn broodlings, so I'm not sure...

Is the computer of the Zerg race? Ivaguely remember this being significant for some AI casting.

Give the computer a melee AI, order the queen to the CC and it should do it automatically.
